Azalea Pink Ruffle - Live Plants - Pink Flowering Rhododendron Shrub

This evergreen shrub produces immense amounts of pink-violet flowers with 2 inch blooms every spring. It grows 3-6 feet tall. It is ideally used as a screen, accent, hedge, and highlight areas. It is essential to frequently water newly planted azaleas due to their shallow root systems. The amount of water necessary should equal one inch of rain per week. Like all Azaleas, Pink Ruffle prefers semi shade, and will even do well in planting locations with mostly shade. Shallow, non aggressive root system makes them a great foundation planting choice, and can even be planted closely together for use as a colorful hedge.
